I collaborate with teachers, interventionists, and instructional leaders to discuss student data, troubleshoot instructional challenges, share resources, and plan targeted supports. This PLN strengthens my ability to design meaningful learning experiences grounded in real student needs.
Special Education and Resource Teacher Network
As a SPED/resource teacher, I regularly participate in district-level collaboration, ARD discussions, compliance reviews, and shared problem-solving around accommodations, interventions, and inclusive practices. I contribute by offering strategies, exchanging lesson ideas, and supporting best practices for diverse learners.
Cheer Coach Community – FME & District Peers
I connect with other cheer coaches to plan performances, develop student leadership, coordinate events, and implement behavior expectations. This PLN supports my growth in student motivation, positive culture building, and family engagement.
Lamar University Graduate Cohort (EDLD Program)
Through course discussions, peer reviews, and shared reflections, I engage with fellow graduate students to exchange insights about leadership, instructional design, technology integration, and creating significant learning environments. This network challenges my thinking and sharpens my innovation plan.
Faith-Based Leadership & Ministry Network
Through my church involvement and Bible study facilitation, I collaborate with leaders to develop devotionals, plan community engagement, and support spiritual growth. This PLN shapes my skills in communication, relational leadership, and community-centered service.
